The California State Preschool Program (CSPP) at the Fullerton School District is designed to enhance the child’s learning experience and build a solid foundation for the child’s educational journey.

The program is committed to early childhood education, keeping the whole child in mind. Our developmentally appropriate programs focus on the strengths and interests of each child in a safe and welcoming environment. 

The program provides comprehensive child development services, including education, health, parent education, nutritional and social services.

The California State Preschool Program is part of the Orange County Quality Start and Early Learning and Care Division.
