Two Fullerton School District Teachers Awarded Region 11 California League of Educators Teachers of
Katie Bezayiff, teacher at Maple School, was awarded the Region 11 California League of Educators (CLE)2024 Elementary Teacher of the Year. As if that weren’t enough, Mucio Vidales, teacher at Nicolas Junior High School, was awarded the Region 11 California League of Educators 2024 Middle School Teacher of the Year.

Fullerton School District Outperforms State and County
The California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress, or CAASPP, is the cornerstone of the state’s system for evaluating the progress of public schools. As results were released, Fullerton School District (FSD) students outperformed the state average by double digits in all categories and outperformed Orange County scores in all but one category.
