Principal's Message
-
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! My name is Dr. Caroline Llewellyn, and I am honored to serve as the new principal of Robert C. Fisler School. It is a true privilege to join a school community that is known for its deep commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and kindness.
Fisler is a truly special place. As a National Blue Ribbon TK–8 school and leader in Computer Science Pathways, our vision is to develop confident, compassionate, and capable learners who are prepared to think critically, lead with integrity, and solve real-world problems. We are incredibly proud that Fisler was once again recognized as a California Distinguished School for 2025. This award is a reflection of our staff’s dedication, our families’ partnership, and our students’ ongoing pursuit of excellence.
Although I am new to Fisler, I already feel so proud to be part of a school that leads with both heart and high standards. It is clear that students here thrive because they feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. The schoolwide KSRR values (Kind, Safe, Respectful, and Responsible) are not just words on a wall; they’re a lived part of the culture that shapes how students and staff treat one another. From TK through 8th grade, Fisler creates a strong foundation that supports students academically, socially, and emotionally and prepares them for success well beyond middle school.
As your principal, my goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families and ensure every child knows they are seen, valued, and supported. I truly believe that schools thrive when relationships come first.
Here’s to a joyful and meaningful school year filled with growth, curiosity, and connection. I look forward to all we will learn and accomplish together!
Warmly,
Dr. Caroline Llewellyn
