English Learners Advisory Committee (ELAC)

ELAC is Sunset Lane's English Learner Advisory Committee. ELAC is a school committee that is created when there are 21 or more English Language Learners at a school. The committee consists of a group of parents that provides advice to our school in regard to programs and services for English Language Learners. Everyone is invited to attend and provide their input into what our school is doing to help all English Language Learners.

ELAC Elections

ELAC elections were held on September 18, 2024. During our regularly scheduled meeting, those in attendance nominated parents to serve as ELAC officers. Parents in attendance then voted and elected the following officers:

• Chairperson/DELAC Representative - Hyun Youn Kim
• Vice-Chairperson - Aeree Cho
• Secretary - Chaewon Yun
