Tech Support

  • We have created additional avenues for parents to contact us for tech support: an English phone line and a Spanish phone line. Callers will be directed straight to voicemail and we will have techs monitoring voicemail remotely and returning calls on a first come first served basis.
    Active hours for tech support are 8am to 3pm, on school days (Monday - Friday).

    Families can request tech support in the following ways:

    A trained technician will contact you within a short time between 8am - 4pm (usually within 24 hours, weekends and holidays excepted).

    • For help in English, call 714-447-2808
    • For help in Spanish, call 714-447-2818 

    Make sure you include the following: 

    • your name, 
    • student name or ID number, 
    • a contact phone number, and a 
    • description of the issue.

    You will be asked to leave a message and a trained technician will call you back within a short time (usually within 24 hours, weekends and holidays excepted).
