Dear Hermosa Drive Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the proud principal of Hermosa Drive Elementary, home of the Hawks! With 19 years of experience in education, serving as a classroom teacher, Reading Response to Intervention Coach, and most recently as an Assistant Principal, I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically rich environment where every child can thrive.

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school. I’m passionate about working alongside our dedicated staff, supportive families, and vibrant community to ensure all students feel seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

At Hermosa Drive, we are rooted in kindness, high expectations, and the belief that every child matters. We are a school that celebrates diversity, values collaboration, and embraces the joy of learning.

As a parent myself, I understand the trust you place in our school each day. Please know that I am fully committed to nurturing your children not just as students, but as individuals with unique strengths, dreams, and stories. You’ll often find me out at drop-off, in classrooms, or on the playground, listening, learning, and connecting. 

I look forward to getting to know each of you and building strong relationships that support our students in every way possible. Together, we’ll create meaningful learning experiences and lasting memories for our children.
