Cotsen

My name is Mrs. Kyle Ruiz and I am the Cotsen Mentor for the 2022-2023 school year.  This is my eleventh year teaching and my eighth year at Hermosa Drive. My years at Hermosa have been spent teaching 5th and 6th grade. Prior to Hermosa Drive, I taught Reading intervention and 3rd-grade. I received my bachelor's degree and teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach. I also have a master’s degree in educational technology from Concordia University. I spend my free time listening to podcasts, reading, and running.
