- 70% Summative Assessments (tests, quizzes, projects, khan academy quizzes, etc.)
- 30% Formative Assessment (practice work, homework, class work, IXL, participation, etc.)
Grade Breakdown
- A - 89.5 - 100%
- B - 79.5 - 89.8%
- C - 69.5 - 79.8%
- D - 59 - 69.9%
Assignments

- All assignments will be posted on GOOGLE CLASSROOM
- Complete assignments IN PENCIL, ON TIME and turn in pictures/PDFs on Google Classroom. If absent, turn in upon returning to school. Absent work is given full credit
- Partial Credit given to late assignment.
- Student is responsible for correcting all assignments using COLORED INK and seeking help as needed.
Classroom Expectations

- Be on time and line up outside the classroom.
- Walk in quietly and go directly to your seat.
- Open your agenda and write your homework.
- Begin work right away, follow instructions and stay on task.
- Raise your hand for questions.
- No eating in class.
- Show respect at all times.
- Remain quietly seated until dismissed at the end of the class.

Academic Expectations

- Bring a fully charged iPad to school each day.
- Textbook downloaded to Notability.
- Assignments finished, corrected, and turned-in on time.
- Take notes from class & assignments then organize them in Math Notebook/binder.
- Review them to study for exams.
- 5. Take your time to learn but don’t waste time.
Supplies (Recommended):
- Math notebook and/or three-ring binder with notebook paper.
- Writing supplies: sharpened pencils, eraser, small pencil sharpener, highlighter, colored pen, stylus and ruler/straight edge.
