Culinary Arts 1 is for both 7th and 8th graders. We will cover some basic etiquette skills, measuring ingredients, safety and sanitation, and learn about a variety of foods and nutrition and prepare an assortment of foods. 

    Culinary Arts 2 is a year-long class for 8th graders. They begin with cooking across the U.S, learn about foods from other countries and have a couple of bake-offs.
