PAL Meetings

Across all FSD schools and departments, school principals and District supervisors meet with both FETA and CSEA PAL employee representatives at least monthly and often more frequently.  The chart below shows the department and school PAL meetings that are held at least monthly.  Each PAL partner is committed to holding regularly scheduled meetings to nurture the PAL relationship, and to avoid many conflicts that may arise without a high degree of communication and collaboration to keep problems from escalating.
