Speech and Debate

Our Speech and Debate program, in partnership with Advantage Communications, provides 4th-8th grade students with a nationally recognized, rigorous, and reputable experience. Since its launch in 2017, the program has served as a pathway for students to develop essential public speaking, critical thinking, argumentative, and communication skills.

Emphasizing personal growth, teamwork, equity, writing, and public speaking, the program equips scholars with the skills needed for future success. Each year, students compete in a variety of speech event categories and have the opportunity to perform at multiple tournaments and divisions.
