PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The DELAC (District English Learners Advisory Committee) is an advisory committee comprised of representatives from each school’s English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). The role of the DELAC is to assist Fullerton School District in bringing about the cooperation and coordination of parent and community resources which may be of value to the district in the operation of its English Learner program.
