Encore Expanded Learning

Free Before- and After-School Programs

Fullerton School District is proud to offer free expanded learning programs that provide students with safe, supportive and engaging experiences beyond the regular school day.

Encore combines academic support, enrichment, recreation and social-emotional learning to help students explore their interests, build relationships and develop new skills.

Program availability and hours vary by school:

  • Encore: ASES provides after-school programming at Commonwealth, Fern Drive, Hermosa Drive, Ladera Vista JHS, Maple, Nicolas JHS, Orangethorpe, Pacific Drive, Parks JHS, Raymond, Richman, Rolling Hills, Valencia Park, and Woodcrest. 
  • Encore: The Lab provides before- and after-school programming at Acacia, Beechwood, Fisler, Golden Hill, Laguna Road, and Sunset Lane for grades TK-6. Before-school care is subject to minimum enrollment.

After-school programs begin at school dismissal and continue until 6 p.m. The program at Ladera Vista Junior High continues until 6:30 p.m.

Registration for the 2026–27 school year reopened on August 17, 2026, at 8 a.m. Please review the flyers for program details.
