Implementation Plans

Each participating Fullerton School District Community School develops an Implementation Plan that outlines its goals, priorities and strategies for supporting students and families through the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP). 

These plans are updated over time to reflect school needs, progress and input from students, families, staff and community partners. They guide each school’s efforts to strengthen learning, connect families with resources and build a welcoming, supportive school community.
