Fullerton School District’s Community Schools program brings schools, families, and community partners together to help students succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Through the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP), we connect students and families with academic support, health and wellness resources, mental health services, parent workshops, and other opportunities that support the whole child.

Our Support Team

Our Community Schools team includes credentialed school counselors, social service assistants, a school/district nurse, a community liaison, and a program specialist. Working alongside school staff and community partners, they help students and families across FSD access academic, health, mental wellness, and family support services.

Site-based social service assistants help families connect with resources and support at each of our eight designated Community Schools.

Our Community Schools

FSD’s eight designated Community Schools are:

  • Commonwealth Elementary School

  • Maple Elementary School

  • Orangethorpe Elementary School

  • Pacific Drive Elementary School

  • Richman Elementary School

  • Valencia Park Elementary School

  • Woodcrest Elementary School

  • Nicolas Junior High School
