Informational video on TheLAB Before and After School services.

TheLAb is a before and after school fee based program.  We are offered at 8 of our Fullerton school's we serviced about 400 children. The focus of the program is to provide rich experiences which allow children to be involved in the curriculum design children are given challenges projects, festivals that are aligned to content and common core standards. Children are  empowered to investigate, draw to sing to create to become builders, explorers, scientists storytellers, cartoonist. They're empowered to research build on their curiosity to find out what comes next. Rolling Hills is one of eight lab sites when children enter the room we want them to feel a sense of belonging a place of possibilities and Discovery. One of the favorite experiences was the Rube Goldberg machine challenge.  It allowed children for inquiry based learning, collaboration, cooperation and compromise. I would recommend the program because our children have fun being engaged  establishing good relationships with adults. They have a place where they can go and be who they want to be. We empower children to think, question, investigate and explore and help navigate the Journey of learning. The possibilities are endless at the Fullerton School District.
