Distance Learning Tech Support

Thank you for your patience during this time. We've created additional avenues for parents to contact us for tech support, an English phone line, a Spanish phone line, and an English email address and a Spanish email address. We are working on Korean options currently. Callers will be directed straight to voice mail and we will have techs monitoring voice mail remotely and returning calls within a few hours during the day. 
 
All tech support info will be updated on the doc below - please share this link with teachers to share with families.

Active hours for distance learning tech support are 8am to 3pm, on school days (Monday - Friday).

 

During school closures, families can request tech support in the following ways: 


Submit a Help Request Online (if you have internet access)


A trained technician will contact you within a short time between 8am - 4pm (usually within 24 hours, weekends and holidays excepted).




Submit a Help Request by Phone

  • For help in English, call 714-447-2808
  • For help in Spanish, call 714-447-2818 

Make sure you include the following: 

  • your name, 
  • student name or ID number, 
  • a contact phone number, and a 
  • description of the issue.

You will be asked to leave a message and a trained technician will call you back within a short time (within 24 hours, weekends and holidays excepted).
