California State Preschool Program (CSPP)

California State Preschool Program (CSPP) at the Fullerton School District is a participant of the California State Department of Education, Early Learning and Care Division, and Orange County Quality Start. The program provides comprehensive child development services, including education, health, social, and nutritional services, as well as parent education. Our program is committed to quality care and education in early learning. High-quality early learning helps children with critical thinking, social-emotional skills, self-regulation, language, and math. These skills prepare children to succeed in kindergarten and throughout their entire school grades. Our classroom environments meet each child's unique learning style by offering developmentally and age-appropriate hands-on experiences.
CSPP is operated through the Child Development Services Department. The preschool office is located at the Fullerton School District, 1401 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton.

The full-day/full-year program will start on July 1, 2022,  offered at Richman and Valencia Park. The program hours will be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

A family must meet eligibility and need criteria to be qualified for the full-day/full-year preschool program. When determining need, several factors considered include parent/s’ working hours, seeking employment, attending school, finding permanent housing, or being incapacitated.
