Child Development Services is pleased to offer two Preschool Programs within Fullerton School District to provide quality early childhood learning for the Fullerton community and surrounding areas.

All California State Preschool Program and Tuition-Based Preschool Program classrooms are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. In addition, both Preschool Programs must comply with Title 22 Health and Safety Regulations.
The ratio is 1:8, with one teacher and two instructional aides, for a maximum of 24 children per classroom for both Preschool Programs. In addition, child Development Services has two School Readiness nurses on staff to provide various services to our preschool children and their families.
