Welcome to the Classified Personnel web page. The intent of this site is to provide personnel-related information to employees, applicants and other interested viewers. This information is provided in seven major areas.
The first area is entitled General Information and provides access to the employee work calendars, health benefits information, classified job descriptions, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) information, CalPERS/retirement benefit information, classified salary schedules and employee standards of conduct. This section also contains a link to the classified bargaining unit’s (CSEA) state website.
A second area is entitled AESOP Sub System and provides information regarding the District’s automated calling and online substitute system.
Handbooks and Agreements contains the current bargaining agreement between the Fullerton School District and California School Employees Association (CSEA) Chapter #130, the District’s Employee Handbook and Personnel Commission Rules and Regulations.
Following Handbooks and Agreements is a section regarding Employment Opportunities. This section contains an explanation of the classified hiring process and a link to job openings in this district as well as other school districts.
Forms used by employees to request tuition reimbursements, change of address, absence requests, resignations, retirements, are found under Section five entitled Forms.
Section six, entitled Newsletters, contains not only the most recent edition but also back issues of the Personnel Commission, Classified News newsletters.
The final section, Personnel Commission, contains information about the District’s Merit System including a general overview of the Merit System, Personnel Commissioner’s biographies, Personnel Commission meeting dates and Personnel Commission Annual Reports. Personnel Commission Rules and Regulations are also available.
