Dear Fullerton School District Families:

Welcome to the 2026-27 school year!

As we prepare to welcome students back to our classrooms, I want to share how grateful I am to be part of the Fullerton School District community. Over the past several weeks, I've had the opportunity to visit every school, meet employees across the district, and experience firsthand the dedication and pride that define our schools.

Everywhere I've gone, I've seen an unwavering commitment to students and families. From teachers and principals to office staff, nutrition services, maintenance, custodial and grounds teams, I've been inspired by the care and collaboration that create safe, welcoming and engaging learning environments. It has also been wonderful to see employees preparing for the new year and connecting with families through events like our Back-to-School Health Fair.

As a lifelong educator, I know the first day of school is filled with excitement, anticipation and possibility. Whether your child is starting school for the first time or returning for another year, I hope you know they are joining a district that is deeply committed to their success and well-being.

The past month has been filled with opportunities to listen, learn and build relationships across our district – an important part of my 100-Day Entry Plan⁠. That work will continue throughout the year as I stay connected by sharing regular updates and celebrating the students, staff and programs that make Fullerton School District so outstanding.
