Employee contributions vary according to benefit plans and hours worked per week; deduction information is available under the Employee Benefits Information link above.
Open Enrollment – All benefit eligible employees have the opportunity once a year to participate in open enrollment every August. Changes made during the open enrollment period will become effective October 1st that fall through September 30th of the following year.
If you have a ‘HIPAA qualifying event’ to add/term a dependent, you must complete a change form within 31 days of the event; and provide the necessary documentation.
Employees participating in the Section 125 pre-tax plan for un-reimbursed medical expenses and child care expenses facilitated by Discovery Benefits are required to enroll annually.
