Local Control Accountability Plan/Annual Update (LCAP)
The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Annual Update will be presented to the Board of Trustees by the LCAP Stakeholder Committee members during the regular School Board Meeting on May 9, 2017 for their review. The timeline for the LCAP School Board approval timeline is as follows:
May 9, 2017 – Presentation to the Board / LCAP Stakeholders Committee Members
June 6, 2017 – Public Hearing / Local Control Accountability / Annual Update
The LCAP Stakeholder Advisory Committee met during the months of November, January, February, March, and April to review the FSD LCAP and Annual Update. The Committee reviewed the FSD LCAP Goals, Actions and Services to support the Goals, and the metrics to measure student achievement as well the Annual Update. The LCAP Stakeholder Committee members are from district organizations and departments listed in the LCAP brochure.
During the months of March and April, FSD parents, staff, or students are invited to Review the LCAP draft and Annual Update and to make comments and/or to ask any questions. The feedback will be reviewed and incorporated into the FSD LCAP draft, as appropriate, and the Superintendent, Dr. Robert Pletka, will provide written answers to individuals with questions.
